Pembroke Capital Inc.
Acquisitions Strategy
Pembroke invests regionally in well-located office, industrial and retail properties at prices approximating replacement cost or less. Pembroke also invests nationally in single tenant, net leased office and industrial properties when capital markets conditions are favorable.
Pembroke's investment strategy follows both a top-down and bottom-up approach. We focus on economic and demographic drivers of demand in relation to underlying supply conditions in specific markets, as well as the relative strengths and weaknesses at the asset level.
We seek class A and B office and industrial properties in markets with sufficient population size to attract a broad array of buyers upon disposition. Strong job growth and favorable demand/supply conditions are critical factors to insuring strong investment performance.
