  • Maximum loan is $6 million.
  • Term of 4 years or longer, loan term co-terminus with lease or through extensions accepted.
  • LTV up to 70%, strong preference for staying under 60%, LTV determined by the credit and real estate.
  • Fixed rate based upon risk attributes of deal, but generally 8% to 9%.
  • 1% upfront fee.
  • Amortization: Negotiable.
  • Geographic preference: National, but balloon risk must be supported by a verifiable market and quality asset.
Multi-tenant office, industrial, and retail properties, hospitality, and multi-family
  • Maximum loan is $30 million.
  • Minimum loan is $5 million.
  • Term of 3 years or longer.
  • LTV up to 85%.
  • Fixed and floating rate pricing available.
  • Minimum 1.5% upfront fee.
  • Minimum 1.5% exit fee.
  • Amortization: Negotiable.
  • Geographic preference: Recognized markets nationally, strong preference for Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and Texas.
  • Will consider development, redevelopment, value add or stabilized properties.
